"Oono"

'Oono' was a slow developer and as a puppy I wanted to give him away to a pet home. However, Ray had more faith in him than me and when we did start to show him at ten months he really took off, winning many 'Best Exhibit in Group' awards and classes in show. 'Oono's' real strength was as a stud dog and 'Oono' sired many champions. He was a delight to live with, gentle and loving and while not exactly a 'ball of fire' he was always a sound, typey dog who passes his strengths onto his progeny. 

This photograph was taken when 'Oono' was about sixteen months old. 'Oono' passed away recently but his 'style' lives on in his great grandchildren 'Barragan Calvin Klein,' and 'Glenbeigh Maid of Memries.'
